The first impression - important?

Very important.

It can spoil the holiday. There are permanent camping sites that address adventure and vanlife on the website, which will cause the guest to experience disappointment and the CP bad reviews.

Here it is the other way round, the website is virtually not visible on the Internet, no sign on the street -> Here camping and the view of the website is frightening. Quite different the experience on site. Large, well-kept, beautifully landscaped square overlooking the North Sea and the nearest islands. Wellness and restaurant. Everything maintained, really good cuisine and the overnight stay with motorhome from €20,- without electricity, what more could you want?

The problems on the website, continue at the reception. Increased personnel costs, no processes, everyone does everything, demotivated employees and dissatisfied guests, because the infrastructure has already been written off and for a long time not much has been invested. After all, a new washhouse was built that can be seen.

Here a website must honestly communicate what the status quo and planning are, then a guest will never be disappointed either.

So a pearl on the North Sea and a gold mine, when utilization, guest satisfaction, lean processes and investments come to bear.

Until tomorrow!
