The use of JUHUU.camp is free of charge for visitors. There are no membership fees or hidden costs.

Information, pictures, prices, availability and descriptions are partly provided by campsites or other providers.

JUHUU.camp endeavours to take care of the contents carefully, but assumes no guarantee for their completeness, correctness or timeliness.

4. Bookings and contractual relationships

If bookings or booking requests are made via JUHUU.camp, the respective contract is concluded exclusively between the guest and the respective campsite or provider.

JUHUU.camp does not become a contractual partner for the booked services.

5. Availability

There is no claim to constant availability of the platform. Maintenance work, technical failures or further developments can temporarily lead to restrictions.

6. Copyright

All content published on JUHUU.camp is protected by copyright. Any use outside the legal limits requires the prior consent of the respective rights holder.

7. Liability

JUHUU.camp is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability according to mandatory legal provisions remains unaffected.

These terms and conditions govern the presentation of campsites on JUHUU.camp.

No reception, placement or commission fees are charged.

The operator of the campsite shall be responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

JUHUU.camp reserves the right to remove unlawful, offensive or manifestly false content.

JUHUU.camp can change, suspend or remove entries at any time without giving reasons.

For the offered services, bookings and the stay of the guests is exclusively the respective campsite responsible.
