You wake up on an island. Not somewhere far out. But in the middle of the Havel and still only a few steps away from Havelberg. All around water. Over the river the Havelberger Dom looks over, chickens walk across the square, ponies take care of the lawn in their own way And at some point the question arises as to whether anything has to happen today. Those who want to get off the bike or into the canoe. The Elberadweg leads past and next door the marina is waiting. Boats can be rented and Havelberg is quickly reached on foot. Those who don't want to leave just stay there. Maybe on the water. Maybe in the beer garden. Maybe with a coffee in the afternoon or a regional beer in the evening. There is room for children to play. For tents a separate meadow. For caravans and motorhomes, green spaces between meadows, trees and havel. And for all this pretty nice feeling of disappearing for a few days on a small island. In the morning there are fresh bread rolls. In the evening beautiful light over the water and in between you decide for yourself. Camping Island.
